The university provides concessions only to those reserved category students whose family income is below 2.5 lakh per annum. For that, you need to email the IGNOU at the official email address. According to the guideline, the university will refund the fee within 16 to 90 days of the email. However, the fee will not be paid back in the case of no email complaint, failure of the fee transaction, technical problem from the bank side and others.
